RevitalAge™ Nerve is a patented combination of three ingredients that are scientifically researched to support a healthy nerve structure. This formula is designed to promote nerve conduction, signaling, and fiber function in healthy individuals.‡

Two vegetarian capsules contain:

  • Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin)Δ 250 mcg
  • Folate (as Metafolin®, L-5-MTHF) 417 mcg DFE (L-5-MTHF 250 mcg)
  • Magnesium (as di-magnesium malate) 100 mg
  • Acetyl-l-carnitine HClΔ 500 mg
  • Alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid)Δ 200 mg
  • Coenzyme Q10 (from MicroActive® Q10 -cyclodextrin complex) 15 mg
  • Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5' phosphate) (activated B6 ) 10 mg

Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), potato starch, ascorbic palmitate

2 capsules, 2 times daily, with meals.

If pregnant or lactating, consult your physician before taking this product. Alpha lipoic acid and acetyl-l-carnitine have been associated with gastrointestinal upset or skin rash in sensitive individuals.

High doses of magnesium can cause loose stools.

CoQ10 may be contraindicated with blood thinning medications.
